LEADER LAND / 01

A place for the life God is calling us to live.

Picture a father putting away his phone. A daughter discovering courage. A marriage finding time to listen. A team learning how to help a neighbor after a storm. Leader Land begins with these human moments: faith made visible in the way we love, learn and serve.

We dream of a permanent home for encounter, formation and service: a place where people can stay for a weekend or a week, gather around a table, breathe beneath the oaks and return home with purpose. Jesus Christ is the center of the vision. Nature is the setting; transformed lives are the hope.

LEADER LAND / 02

The north. Courage that learns to care.

The northern program would bring men, fathers and children into a more rugged rhythm: tents beneath the trees, shared meals, campfire conversations, fishing and outdoor discovery. Around 20–30 guest cabins are contemplated alongside a primarily camping-based experience.

Legend Squad would give that adventure a purpose beyond the weekend. The proposal includes preparedness education, practical teamwork and training developed with qualified instructors. We would seek collaboration with fire, police, emergency-management and responder organizations. No partnership or professional certification is being claimed. Age-appropriate youth activities would remain separate from technical responder instruction.

The south. Space for women, marriage and family.

NUVAS would anchor a welcoming southern retreat for women, mothers and daughters, alongside marriage and family programs. Imagine unhurried conversation on a porch, walks through the trees, prayer, creative activities and evenings shared with people you love.

The concept includes approximately 60 rustic guest cabins plus camping. Each cabin is envisioned as short-stay lodging: a bedroom, private bathroom, small refrigerator and outdoor patio, with no cooking facilities. Dark timber, generous glazing and thoughtful spacing would make the landscape part of the stay. These are planning targets, not approved unit counts.

The heart. One table, many stories.

At the center, a gathering district would welcome the whole campus: reception, a proposed 400-person auditorium, a proposed 400-person dining and event hall, a restaurant, café, store and an outdoor amphitheater. The capacities describe different spaces; they are not a combined permitted attendance figure.

This is where visitors arrive, families reconnect and leadership teams learn together. A coffee after a morning walk. A shared meal after training. Worship under an open sky. Well-run hospitality would support the ministry experience and create opportunities for local employment, suppliers and visiting businesses.

LEADER LAND / 05

Faith that shows up when help is needed.

The wider Legendarios movement offers a real starting point for this dream. Samaritan’s Purse documents Legendarios volunteers serving Florida homeowners after Hurricane Ian. That example connects the aspiration for preparedness training to an established story of practical service.

Agua para África is another expression of the movement’s outreach. Its official initiative describes a goal of 100 wells; we do not present that goal as 100 completed wells. Leader Land’s proposed role would be to form and equip people for service, while each outside initiative retains its own leadership and accountability.

MORE THAN A DESTINATION

A place to love, grow & serve.

Jesus is the center of this dream. We imagine a place where the Word is shared, prayer is natural, worship is joyful, and people are welcomed with genuine care — designed around faith, family, nature and service, not around the buildings alone.

LIFE TOGETHER

The retreat may be brief. The invitation is lifelong.

A song around the fire. A conversation without a clock. A father listening. Friends learning to serve together. We hope to make room for moments that matter, and for commitments that continue at home.

“I am the way, the truth, and the life.”

JESUS CHRIST · JOHN 14:6, KJV

Jesus is not an addition to this vision. He is its center. The architecture serves the encounter — not the other way around.
